I am Woman

Few days ago I received an email from someone, asking my permission to use the above picture in a music video in one of his songs...

Hi Nono,

We have used your photo "I am Woman" in a music video for one of my songs, "The Next Choice", which will be released through my web site, YouTube, and/or other video/music sites.

I believe we are in compliance with the Creative Commons license associated with your photo, but I always like to check with the photographer as well.

Attribution and license information appears at the end of the video and, once we post to YouTube, it will also appear in the INFO section.

This is a great photo, and we think it works really well for this song. But if you have any objections to our use of the photo just let me know and we will pull it.

I hope you enjoy the video and that you might consider sharing our use of your work with your friends. However, I would like to ask that you wait until we get the video published on YouTube before doing so. The URL included in this email may be a temporary home for the piece, where as the YouTube URL will be a more permanent spot. I will be happy to email that URL to you once the video is posted to YouTube.
